Community Realty Management requires a valid driver’s license, driver’s abstract, background and drug screening as a condition of employment. Responsibilities: + Transport residents and staff to pre-determined locations on schedule. + Assist passengers with boarding and exiting the vehicle. + Provide exceptional customer service and maintain meaningful conversations with passengers. + Load and unload packages as needed. + Maintain a log of trips, mileage, and receipts. + Conduct physical inspections of the vehicle before and after use. + Ensure that vehicle registration, insurance, and inspection stickers are up to date. + Adhere to all motor vehicle laws and company policies. + Report incidents and provide the Community Manager with vehicle keys, radio, and/or cell phone on a daily basis. + Maintain the company vehicle in a safe and clean condition. Qualifications:? + Education:High School diploma or equivalent. + Experience:Previous shuttle driving experience is desirable. + Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills, excellent customer service, and professionalism. + Requirements:Valid commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement, a clean driving abstract, background check, and drug screening. Additional Information: + The position requires strict adherence to motor vehicle laws. Drivers are responsible for any tickets issued and may face termination for severe violations. + Revocation or suspension of the driver’s license will result in termination. + The company vehicle is strictly for business use
