\n\nAbility to work morning shifts on weekends and holidays.\nMust have a California Class C CDL with Passenger Endorsement (or California Class B CDL).\n\n\n
What will I be doing?
\nA Shuttle Driver / Bellperson is responsible for transporting customers to/from our Hilton Irvine/Orange County Airport property utilizing company provided vehicles as well as assisting customers with the transferring and storing of luggage and responding to the guests requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest services and financial profitability.
\n\nDrive property-designated vehicles to transport guests to and from local airport.\nGreet and escort arriving and departing guests to and from their accommodations.\nRetrieve and transport guest luggage.\nInspect guest rooms and acquaint guests with these rooms and features.\nRespond to guest inquires and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner.\nOrganize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines.\nEnsure that management/leadership team is kept fully aware of any relevant feedback from guests and/or other departments.\nEnsure messages and faxes are regularly delivered throughout the day.\nAssist with room moves, special luggage deliveries and/or pulls, and attend the main lobby and front door, as needed.\nAssist in the maintenance, appearance, and functionality of equipment.\nWhat are we looking for?
