**Overview**
**Shuttle Attendant Team Member – Job Description**
**Pay Rate $17.00 p/h (5 days of paid vacation after 6 month)**
**Schedule:**
**1st Shift Team Member: 07:00 am to 04:00 pm**
**2nd Shift Team Member: 10:30 am to 07:30 pm**
_Responsibilities:_
+ Greet and assist passengers as they board and exit the shuttle bus
+ Queue staff in line
+ Communicate with the driver as needed via radio
+ Understand emergency responses and make decisions in emergency situations
+ Help with finding staff vehicles
+ Control staff parking
+ Assist with staff staying in designated areas
+ Communicate walking path with staff if they want to walk to JPMC
+ Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers during transit
+ Provide information and directions as needed
+ Monitor passenger behavior and address any issues promptly and professionally
+ Assist with luggage or belongings as required
+ Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the bus interior
+ Support the driver with boarding procedures and emergency protocols
+ Report incidents or maintenance needs to the supervisor
_Requirements:_
+ Strong customer service and communication skills
+ Must present well
+ Must be able to work in all weather conditions
+ Must be able to understand English/Spanish
+ Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
+ Physically able to assist passengers and handle luggage
+ Dependable, punctual, and attentive to safety protocols
+ Previous experience in a customer-facing or transportation role preferred
