The Role
•Support the Executive chef in daily kitchen operations
•Prepare sushi and other Japanese specialties
•Ensure high standards of food quality, freshness, and presentation
•Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and HACCP standards
•Assist with team supervision, training, and shift oversight
•Support inventory control, cost management, and waste reduction

•Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
