YOUR TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure legal and efficient crew coverage for all flightsMonitor roster legality and fatigue compliance in line with EASA regulationsManage and update crew roster, including rescheduling when neededCommunicate changes effectively to the crew and relevant stakeholdersHandle operational changes and ad-hoc requests, including catering and travel arrangementsTrack training completion and maintain qualification complianceProactively monito operations to resolve disruptions and optimize performanceCompile and analyze data, preparing reports as requiredCollaborate across departments ad build strong relationship with network control centersDrive process improvements and ensure regulatory compliance within short-term planningDeliver cost-effective solutions while maintaining punctuality and operational efficiencyYOUR PROFILE
Educational Background:
Undergraduate degree or comparable relevant work experienceExperience:
Minimum 3 years of work experience in the aeronautical industry, preferably with 1 year in a flight operations environmentRegulatory Knowledge:
Knowledge of relevant Crew Scheduling and Planning tools (preferable) and Microsoft Office 365 softwareTechnical Proficiency:High level of motivation and commitmentAbility to work autonomously and under pressure, including managing time-sensitive situations in a shift work environmentPersonal Attributes:Strong communications skills of motivation and commitments in an operational contextProficiency in English, both spoken and writtenCommunications Skills: Understanding of flight operations processes, procedures and organisational requirements, including safety implicationsOperational Understanding:Understanding of applicable EASA regulations and requirementsKnowledge and experience with flight crew fatigue regulationsKnowledge and experience with flight crew regulations (preferred)
