Shopper Marketing Specialist

Job Overview In this role you will be responsible for supporting channel activation activities for the growing Traditional Trade (TT) for NL and Away From Home (AFH) channel for BNL and when applicable translate Organized Trade (supermarkets) campaigns to TT and AFH execution. This will include creation, coordination, ordering and inventory management of POSM materials in close cooperation with internal and external (customers and agency) stakeholders. You will also manage end-to-end fixed selling display planning and execution & inventory management for the BNL. Responsibilities Support channel activation activities for Traditional Trade for NL and Away From Home channel for BNL and when applicable translate Organized Trade campaigns to TT and AFH execution. Coordinate the creation, ordering and inventory management of POSM materials for TT and AFH BNL channel Work on designing and translating visuals into the specific AFH and TT assets in close cooperation with KCC production team. Pro-actively ensuring assets are approved in time. Act as SPOC to TT and AFH accounts to understand specifications and manage on time delivery of the assets delivery deadlines and ensures deadlines are met in cooperation with shopper marketing and sales teams Ensure up-to-date planning in total shopper AFH & TT assets overview in cooperation with the shopper marketeers Manage coupons execution End-to-end fixed selling tools production and order management BNL Coordinate the production of fixed selling tools with external agencies or KCC in-house production teams in line with the briefing Managing of fixed selling budget (for permanent shopper materials) including alignment with field and perfect store team on needs and quantities Monitor progress and manage day-to-day project operations and alignment with internal stakeholders Align with local field sales on stock list to determine in- & outbound and to coordinate the process of destroying obsolete materials Manage ad hoc requests related to shopper marketing projects Qualifications Excellent project management and organizational skills Min 1-2 years’ experience in working as an account manager in a creative/production agency or shopper/trade marketing teams Ability to manage multiple stakeholders at all levels Ability to deliver tight SLA deadlines in a dynamic environment Self-starter – ability to manage new processes Strong attention to detail Strong communication skills Proficiency in English, knowledge of French will be an asset Powerpoint, Photoshop or other graphic design tool skills The ‘Internal Reporting Procedure’ for making reports of violations of the law and taking follow-up action in terms of the Law on Whistleblower Protection of June 14, 2024 is available at www.pepsicopoland.com under the Contact/Career tab
