You ensure that promotional campaigns and initiatives are activated across the customer base. You explain the activation vision, provide support materials and develop in-store point-of-sale (POS) activation requirements.
**How you will contribute**

+ Understand and develop with marketing the most appropriate campaign plans by category and retailer
+ Understand the key drivers of purchase be responsible for the development of account/channel specific POS materials
+ Track, post-evaluate and report activity versus plan of all activity in customers and recommend improvements and key insights for future strategy development

**More about this role**
**What you need to know about this role:**
+ Lead the creation and implementation of a compelling and bold multi-category plan to gain market share and drive volume growth, leveraging deep Shopper Insights.
+ Master and apply "Stop, Engage, and Land" methodologies at the point of sale, designing visibility toolkits for different shopping environments, promotions, and incentives that increase shopper conversion and purchasing decisions.
+ Understand shopper perceptions, business metrics, and financial drivers necessary to unlock profitable growth for Mondelēz International and our clients, utilizing Nielsen, Kantar, and other market information sources.
+ Manage the consumer and shopper investment budget (A&P), including overseeing visibility agencies and advertising materials.
+ Conduct budget and KPI control and monitoring, as well as continuous evaluation of critical opportunities/risks, and lead initiatives to optimize category performance.
**What additional ingredients you will bring:**
+ Serve as the key liaison between Client Business Teams (CBTs) and Marketing and Equity teams to ensure strategies and tactics are aligned with our clients' needs.
+ Be considered the internal Category expert, creating compelling, actionable, and measurable category plans, defining the "bets" activations for execution packages by channel, with strong knowledge in Category Management (Catman) and Perfect Store.
+ Strength in value argumentation with clients, considering shopper insights, channel insights, shopping environment insights, consumer purchase missions, and category principles, to generate category administration recommendations for both the client and the organization.
+ Lead the commercial planning process and its execution, connecting key stakeholders (categories, finance, demand, shopper, trade executives) to maximize value and share.
+ Play a leadership role within multi-category teams, providing accurate and relevant shopper information that will lead to identifying business opportunities such as innovations, client promotions, portfolio, pricing, etc., to achieve multi-category objectives.
+ Experience in managing and leading teams (SG8, SG9) and in stakeholder management across commercial, trade marketing, and marketing functions.
**Specific job requirements:**
+ Professional degree in industrial engineering, administration, or similar fields.
+ Profound knowledge of the traditional channel and experience in modern channels.
+ Understanding of shopper behavior, channel dynamics, commercial terms, and marketing techniques.
+ Proven experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing.
