You support category planning teams by translating category plans for sales team execution.

How you will contribute

You will:

Work with the category team to determine optimal portfolio assortment and high revenues activitiesSupport with the formulation of customer plans and subsequent monitoringCoordinate and manage the commercial set-up of sales activationProvide customer, channel and trade expertise and recommendations in the launch of new productsValidate Launch Support Fees and track performance and complete reconciliation as requiredPrepare customer solutions (e.g. Tailor-made activations, events) in a co-operation with the Customer Activation teamEvaluate the execution of activities vs the plan - drivers, implementation of learning into further activations

What you need to know about this position:

Analizar datos de mercado y de comprador para identificar oportunidades de crecimiento y desarrollar estrategias de shopper marketing para la categoría de chocolate.

Monitorear y evaluar el desempeño de las campañas de shopper marketing, proporcionando seguimiento y reportes detallados.

Aplicar un enfoque analítico para la toma de decisiones, interpretando datos complejos y generando insights accionables.

Demostrar conocimiento y experiencia en el manejo de gastos (E&C) y el análisis de estados de resultados (P&L) para optimizar la rentabilidad.

Poseer conocimiento de las dinámicas y particularidades de los canales mayorista y tradicional para adaptar las estrategias de marketing

Colaborar estrechamente con equipos internos (ventas, trade marketing, marca) y externos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de las estrategias

Generar reportes y dashboards utilizando herramientas como Microsoft Excel (nivel avanzado) y Power BI para visualizar datos clave y el rendimiento de las campañas

Education / Certifications:

Lic. Administración/Negocios o a fines

Job specific requirements:

Conocimiento práctico en el canal mayorista y tradicional.

Familiaridad con la gestión de gastos (E&C) y la comprensión de un P&L (Profit & Loss).

Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Excel (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas complejas, análisis de datos).

Conocimiento y experiencia en Power BI para la creación de reportes y visualizaciones

Analítico/a, Capacidad para desglosar problemas, identificar patrones y sacar conclusiones lógicas.

Demostrar una fuerte ética de trabajo, capacidad para iniciar proyectos y un ímpetu para la toma de decisiones.

Comunicación: Extrovertido/a, con facilidad de palabra y excelentes habilidades de presentación.

Capacidad probada para influir en colegas y stakeholders.

Orientado/a al detalle y con fuertes habilidades de seguimiento
