Overview To meet IB One insights agenda and the growing importance of Commercial insights, and the evolvement of Chinese consumers/shoppers, the dynamics of channel landscape, the shopper insight scope coverage are continuously expanding. On top of Organized Trade, EC(E-commerce)/O2O(online to offline)/New digital, Away From Home (includes 4 key segments Eatery (Quick Service Restaurant, FSR(Quick Service Restaurant), Fine Dining), Workplace, Leisure (Hotel, Cinema, Theme Park etc.), Travel (Train, Airline, Highway)), more growing drives are placed on Independent Eateries, and Emerging Channels (Snack Stores, Discount Stores, Club Format etc) which are either incremental volume to current Chian Bev business or growing channels attracting traffic aggressively. Hence there is the need to focus on capturing shopper & channel evolvement, building bottler insight capability, deploy business resources so as to unlock beverage growth opportunity, facing competition and landing business strategy. In parallel, International beverage set up the agenda of Commercial to continuously build commercial capabilities. Hence there are the needs of commercial insights to support China Commercial & corresponding functions, such as DX, RGM, Capabilities etc. which is line with IB One Insight Vision. Hence the position is repositioned to take the lead of developing insights Away From Home insights (add Independent Eateries in) plus Emerging Channels (Snack Stores, Discount Stores, Club Format) Responsibilities Identify opportunities for the application of syndicate data and analytics to address business issues and recommend the appropriate method to answer the business question Ensure optimal research solutions are developed and utilized through syndicated and advanced analytics tools Deliver regular business reviews with key existing customers to build and strengthen strategic partnership Provide insights support to Customer Renewals and New Customer Pitches Support to deliver shopper & commercial insights to key business stakeholders Support to deliver compelling and actionable business recommendations to enable shopper centric decisions that deliver superior business results Qualifications At least 5~7 years experience on Insights or Category Development related position at both Customer & Agency sides, with better understanding about Kantar World Panel or Nielsen RMS data Good understanding about Shopper & Channel Insights Literacy in both spoken & written Chinese and English Degree qualified preferably in marketing, business or statistics Quick Leaner with Can-do attitude Good presentation skills Detail oriented, but with ability to look and impact at the bigger picture level Track record of delivering actionable Insights with Customers or Business
