**Job Title: Shop Supervisor** **Location:** Tulsa, Oklahoma **Job Type:** Full-Time, Permanent We’re looking for a hands-on, safety-focused Shop Supervisor to lead our maintenance team. In this role, you’ll oversee daily shop operations, manage preventive maintenance and repairs for tractors, trailers, and tanks, and ensure a clean, efficient, and customer-focused work environment **Key Responsibilities** + Lead by example in promoting safety and customer service excellence + Assign daily tasks and schedules to maximize shop productivity + Oversee and document all maintenance and repair work + Manage inventory, order parts, and issue purchase orders + Coordinate roadside breakdown support with vendors + Support drivers with trailer prep and troubleshooting + Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free shop environment + Report directly to the CSC Manager and assist with additional duties as needed **What You Bring** + 2+ years of supervisory experience in a mechanical or diesel shop + Strong mechanical knowledge, including diesel engines and DOT inspections + Experience with hand and power tools + Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team + Strong organizational and multitasking skills + Willingness to work hands-on and support your team **Bonus Points For** + Tanker experience + Familiarity with FMCSA regulations (396.19 & 396.25) **Why Join Us?** We offer a competitive benefits package including two weeks of paid vacation, medical, dental, and vision insurance, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, an employee assistance program, wellness initiatives, and training and educational assistance. **Work Environment** This is a physically active role requiring standing for long periods, bending, lifting (up to 100 lbs), and working in a dynamic shop environment.
