Manages all shop technicians, managers, contractors, and administrators in assigned shop.  Oversees the scheduling of all jobs with sales orders, provides delivery dates, and reports units ready to ship. Answers questions pertaining to shop and service.  Responsible for all shop operations from a financial and metrics standpoint.
