Shop Laborer

Monday - Friday 8am- 5pm 

Responsibilities:

Assemble, construct, and prepare various parts and components, such as agricultural pumps, mixers, or separators. Handle the transportation of materials, tools, and completed products within the shop premises and provide support in shipping and receiving tasks. Operate shop machinery, hand tools, and power tools while under supervision. Assist proficient technicians and welders as necessary during production processes. Maintain cleanliness and order in the shop, equipment, and workspaces to ensure a safe and productive work environment. Other Duties as assigned 

Qualifications for Shop Laborer Position:

Physical Requirements: Capable of lifting and moving heavy objects (potentially up to 50 lbs.) and standing for prolonged periods. Mechanical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing common hand and power tools is essential. Attention to Detail: Ability to execute tasks with precision and perform basic quality assessments. Team Player: Demonstrate experience collaborating effectively within a team and following instructions from supervisors. Keen Learner: Display adaptability and a positive approach towards acquiring new skills and responsibilities. Experience (Preferred): Previous involvement in a manufacturing or similar shop setting is beneficial, but not mandatory for entry-level candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:
