WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Oversee and coordinate shop and field repair activities for heavy construction equipment

Assist the Service Manager with work estimates, scheduling, and job prioritization

Assign service technicians to jobs and manage daily workflow

Communicate with customers and internal teams regarding repair status and scheduling

Handle parts orders and manage equipment on/off hires

Support and enforce safety procedures and ensure regulatory compliance

Respond to customer technical inquiries and provide field support as needed

Travel may be required based on project needs

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Strong technical background in heavy equipment service and repair

Proven leadership and organizational skills

Excellent communication and customer service abilities

Experience coordinating teams and managing workflow in a service department

A safety-first mindset with a focus on productivity and quality

Willingness to travel occasionally for field support
