Our client is a leader in the installation of custom industrial systems, specializing in power generation, control systems, and mechanical equipment. As they continue to expand, they are seeking an experienced Shop Foreman/ Project Manager expertise to join their dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities: Lead and motivate a team of technicians and shop workers, ensuring a high level of productivity and morale. Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring all steps are followed, from initial design to final shipping ensuring each is on track and meets deadlines. Manage the shop floor, ensuring all work is progressing efficiently. Responsible for organizing resources, tools, and manpower to ensure products are built and shipped on time. Work closely with the design team to ensure custom products are built to specification. This is a role that requires problem-solving and creativity, as no two days are the same. Review and manage project budgets, monitor timelines, and adjust resources or schedules as needed to ensure the successful and cost-effective completion of projects. Act as a key point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful project delivery. Job Responsibilities: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and other stakeholders. Solid understanding of mechanical systems and processes, with the ability to troubleshoot and make decisions that keep projects moving forward. Experience managing multiple projects, with the ability to keep everything organized, meet deadlines, and ensure that everything stays within budget. The ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment where no two projects are the same. Previous experience in shop management or project management, particularly in industries where custom products are designed and built. Previous experience with fieldwork would be considered a bonus. Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt quickly to changes in priorities is crucial for success in this role. Compensation and benefits: The discussed salary range is $95,000 – $110,000 depending on experience Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity for growth in a rapidly growing company Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada.
