SHL-(Sr.) Contract Administrator
Job Description:
​​ Execution of sales commercial job responsibilities including project level bidding, contract management, order processing, cash management and other commercial tasks in respective sub-regions: ​​​ Project level Bidding and Contract ManagementSupport biddings (check commercial conditions of bidding documents, ensure bidding compliance);Finalize contract conditions and prepare contracts;Review and approval of Non-standard contract terms;Legal/compliance risk control in bidding and contract preparation.Order Processing and Contract Execution:Ensure correct SAP booking of OI/revenue/cost of all contracts;Implement contract obligations in SAP and other databases;Timely Correct billing;Coordinate all contract obligations (deliveries/services/applications/etc.) with the service team;IBD/OEM PO and delivery arrangement;​AR & WIP Management:E-bank recognitionArrange regular AR and WIP review with sales team and timely monitor the progress with regular reports;AR & WIP dunning and legal actionT&M business handling:Prepare quotations for on-call business (spare part/labor/re-installation/application/etc.);T&M service release control according to CS process;T&M booking and invoicing;​EQP business support, including PoS&fixed price quotation and NCC quotation ​Support regional bottom-up FC; Support regional performance project level analysis; Other adhoc assignmentsExperience ​​2-3 years working experience in contract and order managment, finance related work etc. operation experience is essential. ​Experience in multinational company is preferred​ Education ​​Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or business administration would be preferred.​
