Mission： This role navigates the complex and ever-changing landscape of healthcare policies and regulations. Translate complex policy language into clear, concise, and actionable insights for internal stakeholders. Shape the medtech and other policies in favor of Siemens Healthineers’ business growth in the country. 

·        Work effectively with government and public agencies, industrial associaitons, etc to protect and advance Siemens Healthineers’ interests, mitigate risks and create a favorable external environment for the company’s development

·        Track and analyze national & local government policy dynamics and professional associations policy, including but not limited to laws and regulations, healthcare industry policies, market access conditions, etc.

·        Evaluating the intended and unintended consequences of government policies on different sectors, populations, and the overall economy.

·        Conduct in-depth research on regional and central policies, assess their impact on business, and provide decision-making support for RVP&RDs.

·        In depth knowledge of policies interpret ability. Seek effective channel to collect new polices, build connection of mess policy analyze, translate business language to communicate the impact, visualize final report out deck to Sr. management team.

·        Keep close to the policies updates from central governments, make policy analysis to identify the opportunities and risks based on company’s business, and integrate internal and external efforts to shape policy environment.

Experience: 

- 5+ yrs. experience in both authorities and MNC companies-   Integrity and maturity in personality. - Communication (oral and writing) with clarity and impact. Fluent in English and Chinese

Provide government affairs and policy support through close collaborating with market and sales teams and understanding the requirement
