What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily shipping operations with Marine Department and cartage drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveriesCoordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize load schedulesMonitor inventory levels and shipping documentation for complianceDrive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfactionTrain and support team members to meet performance and quality standardsWhat Are We Looking For
Aggregate background preferredStrong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectivelyProven ability to manage logistics and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environmentCommitment to safety, quality, and operational excellenceProficiency with shipping systems and basic computer applicationsAbility to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing prioritiesWork Environment
This role operates in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are required.
