**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Lead daily shipping operations with Marine Department and cartage drivers to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
+ Coordinate with production and logistics teams to optimize load schedules
+ Monitor inventory levels and shipping documentation for compliance
+ Drive continuous improvement in safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
+ Train and support team members to meet performance and quality standards
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Aggregate background preferred
+ Strong leadership and communication skills to guide a team effectively
+ Proven ability to manage logistics and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
+ Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence
+ Proficiency with shipping systems and basic computer applications
+ Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to changing priorities
**Work Environment**
This role operates in a manufacturing and shipping environment with exposure to outdoor conditions, heavy equipment, and varying temperatures. Safety gear and adherence to safety protocols are required.
