Job details Prepares and receives shipments
Verifies incoming and outgoing shipments for correct materials, packing, crating, tagging and handling instructions.
Put in parts order number into system, print labels (UPS system)
Oversee loading lock to ensure shipments are on time, good quality, and loaded to the right spot
Matching PO's/invoices and shipping orders ... Troubleshoot any discrepancy by coordinating with sales/supplier over the phone/email
Process transactions and paperwork to support customer returned goods process. Includes routing of goods for evaluation, rework, scrap, and receipt for return to customer
Prepares bills of lading and other required forms including those for domestic and international shipments.
Enter receipt transactions of raw material, production work orders, customer returns, and finished goods
Arranges carrier pick-ups.
Maintains shipping supplies.
Assists with inventory management.
Performs building and grounds maintenance.
Regularly lifts and/or moves items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Picks-up and delivers product.
Assists service department.
