Adecco is hiring a Shipping and Receiving Specialist on behalf of our client in the advanced manufacturing sector! In this role, you will be responsible for managing both domestic and international shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy through ERP systems, and supporting daily warehouse functions. **Shift:** Monday – Friday day shift **Pay Rate:** $22/hr **Type:** Contract to hire **Location:** Rochester, NY **Key Responsibilities:** + Prepare and manage international and domestic shipments. + Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and import/export procedures. + Utilize ERP systems for inventory tracking, order processing, and shipment scheduling. + Coordinate with logistics partners such as UPS, FedEx, DHL to meet delivery timelines. + Perform receiving inspections, reconcile shipment discrepancies, and ensure proper storage. + Support warehouse operations including material handling, packaging, labeling, and stock replenishment. **Required Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent required. + Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with international shipping. + Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment. + Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and shipping software. + Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. **_Apply now for immediate consideration!_** **Pay Details:** $22.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
