Job Overview:

Location: 3109 Plant Water Road, Knoxville, TN 37914

Shift & Schedule:
Full-Time | 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM | 3-4 Rotating Schedule

Week 1: Monday-Thursday

Week 2: Monday-Wednesday
Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed is required.

As a DC Team Associate III, you will support key inventory and order management functions across the distribution center. You’ll ensure product is received, located, and shipped accurately and efficiently while providing timely, detailed reporting and inventory reconciliation. This role also serves as a floor lead, supporting dock flow, safety, and system accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

Receive, audit, and assign product to locations; validate open locations and consolidate as needed

Manage dock operations for efficient flow of pallets in/out

Complete weekly/monthly cycle counts; quarantine pallets as necessary

Run reports and reconcile releasable orders within the Order Management System (OMS)

Investigate and respond to inquiries from Order Management and Production

Monitor and process Inter-Unit Transfers (IUTs) and MSRs

Ensure accurate and timely shipment of all open orders and Inter-Company Transfers

Support system users and inventory accuracy initiatives

Lead or participate in daily huddles and process improvement activities

Collaborate with Newport team members regularly

Maintain compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards

Perform other duties as assigned


Total Rewards:

Starting pay: $21.36 per hour. Pay increases to $22.51 per hour in the quarter following the 6-month anniversary

Requirements:

Strong administrative skills; proficient in Outlook, Excel, and internal systems

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple requests and system transactions

Effective communication and problem-solving skills

Experience with warehouse or distribution center operations preferred

Commitment to teamwork, accuracy, and continuous improvement
