Shipping & Receiving Leadsperson (3rd Shift)

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supervise, train, and direct employees in daily shipping/receiving tasksEnsure timely and accurate shipment of finished goods to customersCoordinate receiving and shipping priorities with Demand PlannersComplete and maintain shipping/receiving paperwork, files, and recordsVerify compliance with USDA, SQF, customer, and company proceduresOperate and oversee pallet jack use (certification required)Print labels, track inventory, and maintain product recordsLoad and oversee truck loading operationsCommunicate effectively with management and team membersPerform other duties as assignedPhysical & Work Environment Requirements
Lift up to 70 lbs.Stand/walk for 8–8.5 hours per shiftUse both hands/arms for tasksWork in cold, wet, and damp environments (temperatures around 34°F)Adapt to varying temperatures (35°F to outdoor conditions)Pass Pallet Jack certification testQualifications

Shift: 3rd Shift — Sunday to Thursday, 10:15 PM to 7:15 AMPay: $19.15/hour + $1.00 shift differentialSome weekend work requiredBenefits
