Responsibilities:
Enter loads from customer tenders into the Freight Optimizer system
Maintain and update customer profile information
Monitor daily pickups and deliveries to ensure on-time arrival and condition of freight
Take check calls from drivers and confirm delivery status
Validate load data prior to marking loads delivered for accounting accuracy
Investigate overages, shortages, and damages and complete required documentation
Schedule and reschedule delivery appointments as directed
Communicate load status updates to account managers, customers, and receivers
Provide detailed routing instructions and directions to drivers
Working hours: 7:00 PM - 3:30 AM
Skills:
Minimum of 1 year of logistics or transportation experience
General knowledge of the transportation industry
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks overnight
Education:
No Degree Required
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
3rd shift only: Monday???Friday, 7:00 PM ??? 3:30 AM
Occasional Saturdays may be required
This role is not a rotating or day-shift position
Stable overnight schedule
