We’re looking for a Shipping and Receiving Clerk I who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to be part of a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Coordinate and schedule all outbound shipments in collaboration with sales and production teams.Verify shipping documents and resolve discrepancies.Prepare materials and paperwork for outgoing shipments.Arrange freight with outside carriers and ensure timely deliveries.Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments.Investigate and report shortages or issues with orders.Communicate with carriers and customers to trace or expedite shipments.Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.Support the Shipping/Receiving Supervisor with documentation and reporting.

What You BringHigh school diploma or GED (required)1+ year of experience in shipping, receiving, or logisticsFamiliarity with loading techniques, weight limits, and safety protocolsProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and OutlookForklift certification (or willingness to obtain)Strong attention to detail and communication skillsMust be 18 years or older
