Basic Qualifications

'         6 months or more of Shipping and Receiving experience

'         High School diploma or equivalent

'         Detail and data orientation

'         Effective process evaluation and problem-solving skills

'         Ability to multitask in a rapidly changing environment

'         Ability to maintain positive working relationships with internal customers

'         Ability to accurately count and identify parts and verify with paperwork

'         Ability to work well in a team setting and under immediate supervision

'         Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary Range: Pay commensurate with experience. Eligible for annual bonuses

 

Shift: Shipping & Receiving Clerk ' 1st Shift (Monday-Friday: 7am-3:30pm)

Position Overview:

As a Shipping & Receiving Clerk, you'll be part of our team in our Berea, Ohio plant.

Key Responsibilities:

'         Prepare documents such as bills of lading

'         Correspond with order management as well as factory representatives to rectify problems so that customer needs dates can be met

'         Pack, seal, label, or affix postage to prepare materials for transport

'         Contact carrier representatives to make transport arrangements

'         Organize distribution and shipping of merchandise: Make necessary verifications against documents, prepare the merchandise, move merchandise to the appropriate area, and handle customer pick-ups

'         Assign, tag, and store received inventory to proper location

'         Receive parts to stock that have come in from external suppliers

'         Ensure products are properly packed and labeled
