Our client, a leading organization in electrical solutions, is seeking a Shipping/Receiving Associate to join their team. As a Shipping/Receiving Associate, you will be part of the logistics department supporting warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and adaptability, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Shipping/Receiving Associate

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $18+/hour

Shift: 7 AM to 3 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Manage the accurate flow of products throughout the facility, including moving materials to correct locations Safely operate forklifts and other equipment to load, unload, and transport materials Prepare finished goods for shipment by organizing, completing paperwork, and loading trailers Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment following 5S standards Support inventory management by pulling Kanban cards and verifying incoming materials

What's Needed?

3 - 5 years of experience in shipping and receiving or related warehouse roles Experience with forklift operation and computer data entry Ability to lift up to 70 pounds occasionally and perform physical tasks in a warehouse setting Strong attention to detail and good counting skills Effective communication skills and ability to follow safety protocols
