Shipping Planner – Logistics | Tulsa, OK
Ready to take control of the shipping flow? Our company is looking for a detail-driven Shipping Planner to join our logistics team in Tulsa, OK. In this key role, you’ll coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities, manage small parts and LTL shipments, and keep communication flowing between departments and carriers to ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time.
What You’ll Do:Plan and schedule small parts & machine orders via UPS, FedEx, and Coyote LTL systems
Monitor and respond to shipping inquiries and order updates
Print pick tickets and coordinate with inventory and packaging teams
Prepare international shipping documents and invoices
Communicate proactively with the Shipping Supervisor and internal teams
Support a safe and efficient shipping operation aligned with company values
What You Bring:Strong communication and organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience a plus
Willingness to learn shipping portals (UPS/FedEx/Coyote)
Team-oriented mindset and a positive, professional attitude
