This individual will play a key role in ensuring compliance with ISO/ASO standards, managing a team, improving logistics processes, and maintaining documentation accuracy. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in warehouse logistics, team leadership, and quality control systems in a manufacturing environment. ResponsibilitiesSupervise shipping and receiving staff to ensure timely and accurate shipmentsOversee all outbound and inbound logistics, including freight carrier coordinationEnsure strict adherence to ISO/ASO systems and protocolsManage documentation: shipping logs, bills of lading, and tracking systemsConduct regular audits of shipping processes and inventory controlsCollaborate with production and quality departments to align shipments with production schedulesTrain staff on SOPs, safety, and quality assurance proceduresOperate forklifts and warehouse equipment when needed Qualifications3+ years of experience in a Shipping Manager or Logistics Lead roleHands-on experience with ISO/ASO systemsStrong leadership and team management skillsProficient in inventory management systems and ERP softwareForklift certification preferredAble to lift and maneuver up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipmentExcellent organizational and communication skills Benefits and PerksPay range: $25–$32/hrMedical, Dental & Vision InsuranceHoliday PayOngoing Training & Career Development Opportunities About the CompanyFounded in 1967, this company is a leader in production precision metal stamping and custom tool & die design.
