What You'll Be Doing
Communicating with customers via phone, email, or in person and entering orders into our precast management software.
Oversee inventory management, delivery scheduling, and yard operations across locations.
Working with drivers, loaders, and quality control to ensure trucks are loaded accurately with an emphasize on efficiency.
Handle administrative tasks such as updating records, processing returns, obtaining quotes, and approving freight invoices.
Aim to meet shipping team KPIs while completing additional duties as assigned.
What Are We Looking For
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent teamwork abilities and communication, both written and verbal.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Teams, and Access; familiarity with SAP is a plus but not required.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

Conditions may involve moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
