Job Title: Shipping Coordinator Location: Acworth, Georgia Type: Contract To Hire Compensation: $20/Hour +, DOE Contractor Work Model: Onsite Hours: 40 Hours/M-F, 7:30a-4p Responsibilities: + Coordinate Shipping Clerks and daily shipping activities + Verify and process customer orders in SAP + Prepare and maintain shipping records and documentation + Schedule and arrange shipments with carriers (FTL & LTL) + Manage material flow, receipts, and inventory transactions + Support returns, transfers, and special projects + Promote and follow all safety requirements Qualifications + Familiarity with SAP required. + High school diploma or GED preferred. + 1-2 years clerical experience in a warehouse, distribution or manufacturing environment. + Experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations + Strong organizational and problem-solving skills + Effective communication and teamwork skills + Commitment to accuracy, safety, and customer service System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
