Our client, one of the largest distributors of promotional products in Canada, has an immediate opening for a customer service oriented Warehouse Administrator / Fulfilment Coordinator to join their Vancouver, BC based team.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

Coordinate with carriers, maintain updated status on all shipments

Coordinate packing and shipping of all goods

Generate reports creation

Communicate and coordinate with sales representatives

Negotiate pricing with shipping companies

Provide freight estimates

Manage cross-border shipments and invoices

 

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

Minimum 2 year experience in a similar role (Customer Service, Administration, and/or warehouse)

Proficient in MS Office use (Word, Excel and Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Detail oriented and a strong sense of urgency Able to lift 50lbs
