We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused 1st Shift Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring outgoing shipments are accurate, properly packaged, and documented. The shipping clerk plays a key role in maintaining workflow efficiency within the warehouse. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, adheres to safety procedures, and maintains a steady workflow to support daily production goals. Responsibilities:

Prepare Outgoing ShipmentsPick, pack, label, and stage ordersVerify quantities, descriptions, and shipping instructionsEnsure packaging meets safety and carrier standards  Generate packing slips, shipping labels, bills of ladingMaintain accurate records for audits and trackingReport discrepancies (shortages, damaged goods, mislabels)Work with receiving and inventory teams to keep stock organizedCollaborate with receiving, production, and customer serviceHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
