Spherion is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Shipping Clerk to join our client's team in Temple, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery, and maintaining inventory records. This is a full-time, permanent position with growth opportunities.

Coordinate with freight carriers and monitor delivery schedules
Maintain accurate shipping and inventory records
Inspect shipments for damages and discrepancies
Assist with inventory control and stock replenishment
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and shipping procedures
Collaborate with the warehouse team to streamline operations
Working hours: 5:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Qualifications:

1+ years of experience in shipping or logistics
Basic computer skills, including knowledge of MS Office and shipping software
