VOLT is immediately hiring for a skilled Shipping Clerk in Chino, CA.

As a Shipping Clerk you will:

Prepare outbound shipments by verifying order details and printing appropriate shipping labels. Coordinate with the parcel line to ensure orders are packed, labeled, and dispatched correctly and efficiently. Assist in loading packages onto delivery trucks, ensuring adherence to shipping schedules. Maintain accurate records of shipments and report any discrepancies or delays to the supervisor. Operate standard warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and scanners as required. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with company and safety guidelines. Support receiving and inventory control tasks during slower shipping periods or as directed.

 

This is a full time opportunity. 7:00AM - 3:30PM (Possible OT – Start time at 5:00AM - 5:35PM)  & Possible Saturday’s.

The ideal candidate will have:

High school diploma or equivalent. 3+ year of experience in a shipping/receiving in warehouse role preferred. Familiarity with shipping software and label printing systems (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS platforms). Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Team player with good communication and time-management skills. Be able to Stand, walk, lift for extended periods. 

 

Pay rate: $22.00 per hour
