**Job Title: Shipping Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team at our Pittston location. This role involves managing driver interactions, handling inquiries, and organizing paperwork efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated team player who enjoys helping others and can communicate effectively with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers. **Responsibilities** + Check in and check out drivers promptly. + Maintain accurate records of driver interactions on the daily dock schedule. + Respond to emails promptly and handle driver questions and inquiries effectively. + Answer incoming phone calls professionally. + Process transactions and workflow through the WMS system. + Organize and process daily paperwork in a timely manner. + Communicate clearly and appropriately with co-workers, customers, and truck drivers. **Essential Skills** + Warehouse and administrative experience. + Proficiency in shipping and receiving tasks. + Energetic and self-motivated with a team player attitude. + Strong communication skills and attention to detail. + Ability to prioritize tasks and resolve inquiries promptly. + Customer service skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Ability to type a minimum of 30 words per minute. + Proficiency in using various computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office. + Strong organizational skills. + Ability to communicate and work well with others while maintaining a positive attitude. + Ability to work through high-stress periods during peak hours. + Experience with TMW, logistics/warehouse operations, RF gun/WMS, and SAP is preferred. **Why Work Here?** Join a company that is expanding and opening a second facility, offering plenty of room for growth. The role involves Monday to Friday shifts from 5 pm to 1:30 am. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.50 - $23.50/hr.
