Essential Functions

Reviews and organizes all shipping orders, including domestic and export Capable of clerical work while providing physical support to the operation Order expediting with email communication and daily workload Assists with updating and managing repack/repackaging schedules Able to utilize shipping inventory and various office software programs Assist with in-house shipping and all logistic related order issues Maintain consistent communications between shipping and sales departments Able to work flexible hours, overtime and weekends if needed Ability to communicate with will call customers and provide excellent customer service Other duties as assigned by manager
