Prologistix is hiring Shipping Clerks in Ellenwood, GA. 

Shift is Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m., and mandatory overtime as needed to include weekends

Pay is $20/hr., but you must have the required experience

 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

Review and verify customer orders for accuracy, including product specifications and delivery details. Enter order data into the company’s computer system, ensuring all information is accurate and complete for processing. Generate invoices and shipping documents, such as packing slips and labels, to prepare orders for dispatch. Handle customer inquiries related to their orders, providing updates on order status, shipping information, and resolving any issues or discrepancies. Perform end-of-day reconciliation tasks, including verifying that all orders have been correctly processed and addressing any discrepancies. Strive for efficiency in order processing, meeting established deadlines and turnaround times. Contribute ideas for process enhancements, aiming for continuous improvement in order processing workflows. Identify and address any issues or discrepancies in orders, ensuring timely resolution
