Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our client, a dynamic player in the logistics industry, is seeking a Shipping Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping Clerk, you will be part of the operations department supporting the shipping and receiving processes. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Shipping Clerk
**Location:** Valencia, CA
**Pay Rate:** $21.00/hr
**What's the Job?**
+ Understand the shipping and receiving process to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
+ Create Bill of Ladings (BOLs) and packing lists for shipments.
+ Communicate effectively with carriers and drivers to coordinate logistics.
+ Utilize basic Excel and Microsoft applications to manage shipping documentation.
+ Handle emails related to shipping inquiries and updates.
**What's Needed?**
+ No prior experience required; we welcome entry-level candidates.
+ Basic knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
+ Strong communication skills to interact with team members and external partners.
+ Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in shipping documentation.
+ Ability to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
