Shipping General Helper

Shift: available to work 2nd and 3rd shift

$21.59/hr

As a Shipping/Logistics Associate, you will:

Ensure all units are securely banded and clearly tagged before loading.Perform the final visual quality inspection to confirm unit and truck counts.Verify paperwork accuracy and maintain inventory using a computerized scanner.Assist with unloading incoming materials and conduct quality checks.

This role is critical to maintaining accuracy and quality standards. Training will be provided on inventory systems, and you’ll work in a team that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.Previous experience in shipping/logistics.Forklift operation experience (certification preferred).Ability to follow all safety rules and maintain a safe work environment.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs routinely.Walk, stand, bend, and kneel throughout the shift.Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Work Schedule & Flexibility

Willingness to work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shifts.Ability to work overtime, weekends, and varied shifts as needed.

Additional Requirements

Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and physical exam.Strong attention to detail for quality checks and inventory accuracy.

Preferred:

Experience working in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment
 Corrugated box manufacturing experience a plus
 A strong desire to advance within the facility
