The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Shipping and Receiving Specialist (Warehouse Operations) to support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. It is a bespoke retail warehouse with a team of six staff which support aircraft cycling through Deeper Maintenance at RAAF Base Amberley.
Responsibilities:
Conduct warehouse operations including timely manner as a team.Conduct transactions in warehouse inventory and accounts including Serviceable, Repairable, Quarantine and Disposal Accounts in accordance with Commonwealth and Boeing policy and procedures.Support distribution of inventory to meet all internal and external customers' requirements which includes repairable items in order to meet the operational schedules.While working alongside the customer you also provide direct support to all internal and external customers.Processing (Inventory Management System) transactions to support project activities as required.Continue to drive and support a strong safety culture that aligns with Boeing policyApply lean and continuous improvement ideas as a team member.Experience/Qualifications
Familiar with Microsoft Office suite of applications.Desirable School leaver with passes in basic Math's and EnglishProvisional or full car LicenceAbility to obtain and hold a Secret security clearance. (NV1)Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet defence security requirements.
