(based on experience) + Direct hire with long-term stability + Full-time, day shift schedule (no weekends!) **🛠️** **What You’ll Do** + Lead a team of 2–3 in shipping, receiving, and inventory control + Handle large and small shipments, including crating oversized items + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks (manual/electric) + Use UPS WorldShip for LTL shipping + Coordinate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams + Maintain accurate inventory and shipping records + Ensure safety and efficiency in all warehouse operations **✅** **What We’re Looking For** **_Required:_** + 2+ years of warehouse leadership experience + Skilled in inventory management and crate building + Forklift certified or experienced + Familiar with shipping software and freight coordination **_Preferred:_** + Training or education in logistics/supply chain + Experience in custom sign fabrication + Leadership or management certifications **🏗️** **Work Environment** + Small, collaborative team (3 people) + Shared space with fabrication team + Hands-on work with large, custom signage **📋** **Other Info** + Compliance Requirements: B.G. check required + Permanent role based in Bloomington, MN **Ready to lead and grow with us?
