Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

The Opportunity: The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will be responsible for coordinating inbound freight and order fulfillment, including but not limited to: Organizing and scheduling pick and preparation items from the warehouse before arranged deliveries. Coordinating parcel shipping as well as freight/customer pickup schedule; lastly ensure the accuracy of all inbound/outbound orders. You will communicate with internal and external customers both in person, over the phone and through email, Arrange and schedule freight/customer pickup, Prepare and print shipping labels corresponding to shipping needs, Ensure accuracy of all inbound and outbound orders, Update inventory system and other documentation for successful deliveries.

1-3 years of previous related experience preferred. Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word) Ability to work 100% in the office. Able to lift 45 pounds unassisted. Must have working knowledge of Shipping/ Receiving.
