Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for operating hand-held scanning devices, computers, or tablets to manage shipping and receiving tasks efficiently. You will identify all items with appropriate receiving documents and labels, notify procurement or shippers of any discrepancies on packing lists, and maintain open communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.
ResponsibilitiesOperate hand-held scanning devices, computers, or tablets.Identify all items with appropriate receiving documents and labels.Notify procurement or shipper of any discrepancies on packing lists.Maintain open communication with inventory control and manufacturing personnel.Assist in loading and unloading of trucks as required.Troubleshoot and problem solve any errors and exceptions in the system (SAP) related to receiving and allocation.Perform to established methods and standards, meeting or exceeding safety, quality, and productivity goals.Monitor all 'hot' material movement between campuses and ensure all transactions are completed.Allocate inbound materials to their proper locations, including the warehouse, assembly line, and additional locations.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.Essential SkillsExperience in warehouse production, shipping & receiving, logistics, and inventory management.Proficiency in SAP software.Additional Skills & QualificationsLeadership experience is preferred.Previous experience with SAP is preferred.Why Work Here?

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.65 - $18.65/hr.
