**Job Description:** We are seeking a reliable and detail‑oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team in Sarasota, FL. This role supports daily warehouse operations including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory control, and cycle counting. **Key Responsibilities:** **Order Fulfillment** + Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to established standards + Prepare shipments by labeling, wrapping, and palletizing products + Verify order accuracy and complete required paperwork **Shipping & Receiving** + Receive incoming shipments and inspect materials for accuracy and condition + Process outbound shipments and prepare necessary shipping documents + Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified) **Inventory Management** + Perform routine cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory levels + Assist with restocking and organizing products + Identify and report inventory discrepancies **General Warehouse Operations** + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment + Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and handheld scanners + Follow all safety procedures and company policies **Qualifications** + Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods + Basic computer and scanning‑device skills + Strong attention to detail and accuracy + Team‑player attitude with a strong work ethic + Forklift experience/certification a plus **Work Environment & Schedule:** + Full‑time position based in Sarasota, FL + Occasional overtime may be required based on workload **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sarasota, FL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
