Job Overview

Join a hands-on team where you’ll play a key role in assembling parts, operating conveyor systems, and preparing products for shipment. This position involves machine operation, equipment setup, product cleaning, and support in the paint area.

Key ResponsibilitiesAssemble mechanical parts using basic tools and techniquesOperate and set up machines along the conveyor lineRemove parts from conveyor belts and apply lubricants as neededClean and maintain product quality standardsAssist in the paint department with racking and material handlingOrganize, stage, and prepare items for shippingRequired Skills & ExperienceMinimum 3 months of experience in a production or manufacturing environmentAbility to read a tape measure accurately to 1/16th inchPreferred QualificationsExperience with machine operationExperience in mechanical assembly or machine buildingsWhy You’ll Love Working HereFamily-owned company with a supportive, laid-back management styleUnion shop with a clean, well-lit, and spacious facilityOn-site gym, free popsicles and Gatorade to keep you refreshedWork Environment

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
