**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** The Shipping and Receiving Clerk coordinates the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. This role ensures material availability and timely delivery to meet production schedules. The position involves compiling data on order volumes, production schedules, and forecasts, utilizing statistical methods to estimate future material requirements. This role supports manufacturing operations and distribution centers, including assembly, machinery processing, packaging, and distribution of company products. Additionally, the role may involve setting up and operating automatic or semi-automatic machinery. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate the movement and storage of materials and products. + Ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules. + Compile data on order volume, production schedules, and forecasts. + Apply statistical methods to estimate future material requirements. + Operate machinery and equipment in production and processing operations. + Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines. + Engage in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and product storage in distribution centers. + Provide guidance and assistance to new or entry-level employees as needed. **Essential Skills** + Attention to detail. + Experience with RF scan guns. + Ability to weigh components accurately. + Skill in applying labels. + Experience interacting with clean rooms. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field. + Vocational or technical education or certification may be required. + Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, and packaging. + Forklift operation and training. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a structured work schedule from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
