**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Order Assembler** **Job Description** The essence of the Shipping and Receiving Order Assembler position is to prepare all finished products by palletizing and packaging all parts, ensuring shipment quality, accuracy, and customer satisfaction. This role involves accurately pulling, packaging, and labeling all customer orders for on-time shipment and delivery. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and package finished products for shipment by palletizing and packaging all parts. + Accurately pull, package, and label all customer orders for on-time shipment and delivery. + Document all missing items for control system updates. + Understand the QCDSM boards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. **Essential Skills** + Experience in shipping and receiving. + Order selection and packaging skills. + Assembly knowledge. + Prior experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or other shipping software. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Mechanical experience and familiarity with some assembly is a plus. + Forklift experience (sit-down) is a big plus. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy full-time hours and growth opportunities within the company.
