**Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Clerk** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to coordinate the incoming and outgoing movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. This role includes functions such as warehousing, shop, and delivery services to ensure material availability and timely delivery to meet production schedules. The position involves compiling data on order volume, production schedules, and forecasts, applying statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements. **Responsibilities** + Coordinate the movement and storage of raw materials, finished products, and parts. + Ensure material availability and delivery to meet production schedules. + Compile data on order volume, production schedules, and forecasts. + Apply statistical methods to estimate future materials requirements. + Provide support in manufacturing operations and distribution centers, including assembly, machinery, processing, packaging, and distribution of company products. + Set up and operate automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation. + Report malfunctions or abnormalities in machines, recommending adjustments to methods and processes as necessary. + Involve in shipping, receiving, inventory control, or storage of products in distribution centers. + Perform intermediate activities requiring judgment and decision-making in manufacturing/production operations or distribution centers. + Communicate with internal contacts within and outside of the immediate team to provide and obtain information. **Essential Skills** + Inventory management + Forklift operation + Shipping and receiving + Inventory control + Packaging and packing **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field + Vocational or technical education or certification may be required + Ability to lift 50lbs + Forklift training and certification + Prior experience in production-related systems and procedures **Why Work Here?** We offer a stable work schedule with hours from 6:30am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.
