**Job Title:** Shipping and Receiving Associate **Location:** Arlington, TX **Pay Rate:** $19–$20 per hour (based on experience) **Job Type:** Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire **Job Summary** Adecco is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Associate to join a growing manufacturing and distribution team in Grand Prairie, TX. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with inventory, and takes pride in accuracy and organization. **Responsibilities** + Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments of materials and products. + Verify contents of shipments against purchase orders, packing slips, or invoices. + Accurately document and maintain records of incoming and outgoing shipments. + Prepare and package products for outgoing shipments using proper labeling and documentation. + Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred). + Maintain clean, organized shipping and receiving areas. + Collaborate with warehouse, production, and quality teams to ensure accurate order fulfillment. + Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control as needed. **Qualifications** + High school diploma or GED required. + 2–5 years of shipping, receiving, or warehouse experience preferred. + Ability to read and interpret shipping documents, invoices, and work orders. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. + Experience with forklift operation preferred (certification a plus). + Basic computer skills for data entry and documentation. **Why Work with Us?** + Weekly pay and competitive wages. + Benefits available after one week (medical, dental, vision, 401k). + Opportunity to gain valuable experience and grow within a leading organization. + Temp-to-hire opportunity with potential for long-term employment. **Pay Details:** $19.00 to $20.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
