Job Title: Shipping and Receiving Specialist

Job Description

The role involves handling shipping and receiving duties, including verifying all incoming and outgoing transactions, receiving materials from vendors into the business system, and maintaining related records. Additionally, you will assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles, managing inventory through cycle counts, and maintaining and ordering department office supplies while processing invoices for payment.

Responsibilities

Verify all incoming and outgoing transactions.Receive materials from vendors and maintain related records in the business system.Assist with loading and unloading delivery vehicles.Manage inventory, including conducting cycle counts.Maintain and order department office supplies.Process invoices for payment.Use RF scanning for incoming items, pallet wrapping, and retrieving inventory.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Luling, LA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
